Four ladies were killed in wild elephants in recent days in Jungle close Jalpaiguri in West Bengal. The dead ladies went to gather wood in profound timberlands.
On Thursday, two ladies named Sarathi and Geeta Sen were killed in an elephant assault by social event wood in the forested areas of Dwar's Gararara Lataguri timberland. Their bodies were recuperated yesterday after the elephant was killed in the assault. They are inhabitants of Lataguri.
On Wednesday, a housewife, Latifa Begum, passed on in an elephant assault in Hilljhora woodland in a similar district.
Another lady named Sushena Khalko was killed in an elephant assault in the Marghata timberland on Tuesday.
Mridul Kumar, boss timberland officer of Jalpaiguri woodland division, said that the concerned backwoods is for possible later use timberland. There is no entrance without consent. There is a prohibition on picking of wood in saved timberlands. All things considered, it isn't seen how four ladies went to gather wood in the ensured woodlands. The issue will be examined.
