Kanhaiya Kumar's complaint against police is rejected by the court

The Delhi Court has not acknowledged the chargesheet documented against the understudy head of the Jawaharlal Nehru University, Kanhaiya Kumar. The police recorded the charge sheet on Monday. The consultation on Saturday is today. The court censured the police without tolerating those chargesheets.

Indian media provided details regarding the news of NDTV that police did not affirm the Delhi government before the chargesheet was documented against Kanhaiya Kumar. What's more, the court was furious at this. The court stated, "You don't have the endorsement of the law division. For what reason did you frame a charge sheet without endorsement? Later on the court maintained the case till 6 February.

Eprothom AloDelhi Police told the court that vital endorsement will be accessible inside 10 days. On Monday, police recorded a charge sheet against 1,200 pages against Kanhaiya Kumar. In February 2016, Jawaharlal Nehru University has been blamed for arranging a 'hostile to national' program. A similar allegation is against Umar Khalid, Anirban Bhattacharya and seven more JAMMU and Kashmiri understudies.

In any case, Kanhaiya Kumar and Umar Khalid have denied this charge from the earliest starting point. Their case is that these charges are politically roused.

It is said in the grievance that the charged individuals sorted out a challenge rally in the college grounds against the hanging request of Afzal Guru in 2016. Afzal was indicted for assault on Indian parliament The police captured the understudies amid the dissent at the season of participating in the challenge.
