Hizb ut Tahrir, a prohibited activist outfit, and two individuals remanded

Hostile to psychological oppression court has conceded an eight-day remand of the individual from the prohibited aggressor outfit Hizb ut Tahrir. The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court on Saturday passed the request following the Pallabi Police Station's application. Tanvir Kabir Rajib (27) and Moniruzzaman Palash (35) are the blamed. 

Police say that after the Friday petitions, on the north side of Pallabi Baitur Noor Mosque, 10 to 11 individuals took out a parade with the pennant of Hizb ut Tahrir. The demonstrators found the nearness of the processionists escaping at the time. The two charged were captured from the scene. Pallabi Police Station Sub-Inspector Masudur Rahman recorded the case with the Anti-Terrorism Act. 

It is said for the situation that in the wake of cross examining the denounced, it is realized that they were individuals from Hizb ut Tahrir. Another criminal blamed Rubel, alongside an unknown seven to eight partners, planned against the legislature. Being an individual from the prohibited association, they led a parade with pennants and perpetrated violations against fear based oppression. 

Two individuals from Hizb ut Tahrir were created under the watchful eye of the court and remanded them for 10 days. It is said in the request that it is important to examine the blamed on the remand for the charged association Hizb ut Tahrir and capture of departing suddenly denounced. After the consultation, the court enabled each blamed to grill him for eight days remand.
